The Jewish voice is wide and varied, and Zionists do not represent the mainstream of Judaism. It's more of a political movement, that uses/abuses religious doctrine to try and force a political end game. But the moderate Jewish voice though has been squeezed out in this debate. Cruella Braverman was labelling the people standing up for Palestinian rights as Hate Marches, but what the media didn't show was the thousands of Jews that were standing in solidarity with Palestinians and protesting their own Govt's barbaric actions. One dimensional bias designed to divide. Some people lap it up.

I'd like to think they wouldn't. You'll always get a few extreme ones at any event, but they tend to be in isolation, it just often looks worse, because they feed the media frenzy. Well I would hope so anyway. Although the way the weather has been this week, it will probably piss down anyway and that normally takes any fire out of any heated event.

Yup, there were some Jews complicit in the Holocaust too, but again a minority. Same with the slave trade, there were plenty of black slave traders and Africans who provided slaves and made a lot of money from it. It's never as black and white (pun not intended) as some would like to make out. And it seems to me that the moderate Jewish voice has been squeezed out in this whole debate in favour of the fervour of Ultranationalist views

I didn't know that any of them had, well not in this country (UK), I can't speak for what happens in America, some right weirdos over there. Most of what I've seen has been peaceful Palestinian protests. Yeah a few saying things that are deemed as dubious, but in the main everything has been in an organised calm manner - the media always show the worst aspects, because it sells news. Altthough I fully understand and appreciate it may well make any Jews in the area uncomfortable, which is why areas shouldn't really be flyiing flags, other than at a protest, because we should all be living in peace and harmony in the UK, and leave the problem out there, and allow Jews to go about their business unhindered. Yeah we mess about on here, but I'm no more Israeli than I am Palestinian, I just evened the numbers up in here, because it was becoming an anti Israel echo chamber at the very beginning.
