I think it’s nice to spread it round the world but with a max of two hosts who are next to or at least very close to each other. Spain and Portugal makes sense. Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Uruguay and whoever ****ing else (Paraguay? Why?) doesn’t. If South American countries are skint and can’t host the whole thing then fans shouldn’t suffer for that.
