The Lansdowns need to come to the table and let firstly Nige then the fanbase know what is happening going forward.
We know they wish to sell or have new investors come in.

1 -why did the new CEO go as quick as he came in? was it he could not work under the Lansdowns.

2-why no investors this is a club that has massive potential.Cannot believe nobody wants in-is it because off the Lansdowns.

3- why are the Lansdowns spending millions on infrastructure but not investing in the team- Are they selling the whole package or just Bristol City FC -no body is going to want to rent Ashton Gate Stadium they would want to purchase.

4-why no news regards Nigel Pearsons contract?

The owners need to speak up and let the fans know what is happening to the football club.

Don’t waste your time and effort mate

The football club is ruled by an unambitious family who know nothing about football and see it solely as a business, not a sports concern aiming for the top.

When all is said and done it’s their plaything

    And it shows

He's making an awful lot of assumptions here !!

Thinking the squad is good enough to be challenging for promotion is deluded

Tinman speaks -another head coach clearly don't want another manager.

Almost like he has been given a script to read.

It goes from bad to worse if Tinnion is influencing who the Head Coach/Manager is

Don’t do social media but saw the post article, seems to implicate him and suggests he’s a brown nose. I don’t think we’ve heard the last of this, NP will get his version out in time, he’s no numpty and knows how to use the media. My biggest fear is it will prevent them from appointing anyone other than yes men in the future. I’ve always given them the benefit of the doubt in the past, but now think the time is right for new owners I’m afraid to say.

This next appointment will tell us all what the owners are about.

Has to be a name that has better credentials than Nige and that I doubt very much.

<laugh><laugh><laugh>, yeh right …. I understand what your saying, but who with better credentials than Nige would even give us a second thought, especially after how they treated Nige

Would you have said that Ranieri had better credentials when he took over at Leicester?

Ranieri has won eight trophies throughout his managerial career so far, including the 2004/05 UEFA Super Cup with Valencia.

I'd take a young up and coming hungry manager over another dinosaur 'with credentials'. What have Nige's credentials brought to BCFC so far, 3 bottom half finishes (albeit one of these he took over a long way through the season). He inherited a squad, that while expensive, managed far higher league positions than Nige has managed. Some of those he didn't get a tune from before their he let their contracts run out, or he fell out with them (Wells, HNM, Kalas) there is a theme forming here about falling out with people........ I would argue that is unacceptable from a manager with the credentials Pearson has/had, maybe understandable for someone like Dean Holden, but not the level of Pearson, otherwise why employ him?

I'm sad to see him leave, but I'm not going to be kidded that he was some messiah and achieved great things at City, as many on here are, because he didn't.

    I get that
But don’t forget that he was working under huge restraints financially
We’ll never know what he might have delivered with a relaxed budget

So were Luton and they made it to the PL, and Coventry who made the play-offs, we came 15th.....Time to leave the finance argument alone. NP had 'credentials' of working on a tight budget and doing well. If we call a spade a spade, he didn't do that for us. Time to move on and get behind the new manager now.
