The Grauniad has published this year's Next Generation article, and this year it's Mikey Moore in the spotlight https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...0-of-the-best-talents-at-premier-league-clubs Also an excuse to go through the list of previous spotlighted players... 2022: Han Willhoft-King 2021: Jamie Donley 2020: Alfie Devine 2019: Dermi Lusala 2018: Harvey White 2017: Oliver Skipp 2016: Tashan Oakley-Boothe 2015: Marcus Edwards 2014: Cameron Carter-Vickers
Our academy has its own Twitter account https://twitter.com/Spurs_Academy Nothing yet posted on it, mind, which is a tad annoying as there's no official recognition of our U21s 4-2 win over Sunderland anywhere...
In theory this means our U21 and/or U18 games won't get ignored in favour of first team games anymore It also means I'll likely forget to check these accounts for, like, half a dozen matches at least Of course, now we can start speculating about Jamie Donley, Alfie Dorrington, Yago Santiago and Luca Gunter getting featured so prominently in the pic
Got this on in the background at work. Donkey has been slipped into that inside left channel a few times, he got in there again and a nice cross and header from Veliz to finish. Definitely a similar style from the 21s here to the seniors.
Not a bad half to have kept an eye on, though the fog was descending a bit at times. Spurs dropped off massively after we scored and it feels like we’ve let Posh back into the game, though they’re value for the draw. Mainly wanted to watch Dorrington and Phillips and I’ve been impressed particularly by the former. Very comfortable on the ball and can shift too. Not quite VdV pace by any means but he’s quicker than you’d think. Seems comfortable enough on the left too, for a natural right footer. It’s easy to see why he’s so highly thought of.
