If Raylor's full back performance was a 6 I'm scared to think what Richards' was... 27?

Let's hope the team start clipping heels in the box in case the ref misses it then?

I always miss out on the chips <wah>

I'm just hungry and can't be arsed to cook anything.

Discovered a liking for chips and peas the other day. Never used to like peas either.

If it's alright that they're giving away pens in the box because there's a chance the ref might miss it then they should just go for player's feet in the box, not the ball?

That's not what I said at all. Someone said the ref might've sent him off, which is completely by the by because it wasn't a sending off. It's like saying "Coloccini shouldn't have made that perfectly timed tackle in case the ref didn't see him get the ball and sent him off", you can't account for poor refereeing. Taylor gave away a pen when we would've conceded anyway. Where's the problem?

Not being funny, but since when have you seen Moyo play? I've seen odd clips of him on nufctv and that's it.

Sammy was class in both U21 games for England. Was class against Scunthorpe and today, as Tash has said, was one of our main forms of outlet. It was from one of his runs (and subsequent corners) that Ba had a free header.

I don't think I know what you mean when you say 'make it' ... That was his first ever Premier League start, coming in only his 3rd? (fairly surely that's right) performance for the Toon in the league and 5th in all competitions for us. Give the lad a break eh?

    The bold bit.

It's not like he knew we would've conceded, plus for all we know Krul could have pulled out another world class save, wouldn't bet against him :p

Terrible ratings, Raylor and Ba were absolutely dreadful today.

TECHNICALLY, it was ball to hand. Taylor had his hand out and it's not his fault that Toure decided to kick the ball at his hand, cynically looking for a penalty <whistle>

He doesn't take her to the games, he'll have to pay for two seats to accomodate her if he does.

She's a big lass, she's a bonny lass and she likes her beer, and unfortunately Tash can't afford the extra two seats and the gallons of beer.

Krul 7- Decent game but needs to work on penalties in training because he never gets anywhere near them.

Simpson 7- Better than usual incredibly enough but gave the ball away cheaply at times and backed off a lot, but got forward well and was a lot tighter than usual.

Saylor 7- Alright game didn't do too much wrong, sometimes looked a bit slow against City but to be fair all of their players looked 5x the speed of ours.

Colo 7- Same as Saylor and started a lot of our attacks with a nice run or pass.

Raylor 5- Was really found out today I thought, penalty wasn't really his fault as the ball was rifled against his arm but his awareness for the second and general play throughout the game was poor, in hindsight I wish we started with Santon at LB and Raylor at RM.

Sammy 6- In the first 30 minutes he was our most prominent attacking threat and got forward very well but was anonymous after that and didnt defend well at all, hes got a lot to learn but he looks like he will be a good player.

Cabaye 7.5- My man of the match by a country mile, he didnt do anything flashy so people might disagree but he was great at times today in a poor performance, he won the ball brilliantly at times and his passing was spot on under pressure, he pressed the city midfielders constantly and deserves massive credit for today.

Guthrie 6.5- Not bad but not good either, was sloppy with the ball but got forward well at times, you could tell he was giving it everything but was just outclassed.

Gutierrez 5- Worst game I've seen from him this season, everybody on the City team seemed to be 5x faster than him no matter who it was, but he didnt defend as well as I'm used to seeing and was completely ineffective going forward, contributed to the poor play of Raylor.

Ben Arfa 6- Had some moments of magic but his general play looks shocking to me, from what I've seen he gets the ball and if he cant take someone on immediately he either loses possession or plays a sloppy pass to another man without lifting his head up, wrong sort of attitude and seems like someone who believes his own hype without actually doing much with it.

Ba 6- Didnt get a chance to do much in this game because he was isolated from the start, if that chance had went in when it was 0-0 I think we would have had a different game on our hands.

Happy with Pardew aswell, we tried to have a go when we could and it took bottle to play Ben Arfa and Sammy from the start, no complaints about him from me today.

    If everyone is fit for Man Utd I would revert back to the original lineup;

    Krul

    Simpson Taylor Coloccini Raylor

    Obertan Cabaye Tiote Gutierrez

    Best Ba
