Did I not post the potted history of the land that is known as Israel previously? A very long time ago, a big part of the Middle East was the Kingdom of Israel. It was not just made up in the best selling work of fiction every written. Google it. They were both Jews and Arabs. The modern interpretation of the term anti-Semite has evolved to only include the Jews and specifically Judaism. Really the term that should be used is anti-Judaism. The writer is the typical Leftie dolt that does not understand even remotely how Capitalism works. The cap on bankers’ bonuses was introduced by the EU. Sunak is scraping the limit, so that bankers can get higher bonus payments. Those high bonuses are subject to the highest levels of income tax – the 45 per cent band that Gordon Brown introduced. Those extra taxes raised will fund public services. So the writer despises wealthy people (specifically bankers) but at the same time despises the Tories for not spending more on public services. If more than a million children are living in “horrifying destitution” according to the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, do we have statistics on how many of those children were born to families that cannot afford to have children but had them anyway? How many of them live on sink council estates in towns and cities run by Labour? Since they voted Labour in May, how many of them have seen the promised cuts to NHS waiting lists, cuts to the cost of living and cuts to crime? When Labour sheep bleat, nobody hears them.
