It's been suggested that channel owner Paul Marshall is prepping a bid for the Torygraph That's why they were suddenly so quick to jettison the fake vicar and the failed nepo baby (and suspend Martin Branning Dan Wooottoonn) as they wanted to separate themselves from any potentially toxic baggage Which is where the randy Honey Monster comes into it, as getting him on board gives the air of playing with the big boys...which is the same mistake the Daily Wail made by giving him a weekly column which he apparently knocks out the morning of the deadline which gets dismal traffic on their website
Nothing to see here, just Apartheid Clyde responding to a literal Neo Nazi and confirming their worst paranoias and prejudices
I'm certainly no authority on ME politics, although I have professionally studied the subject over the past 40 years. I have also travelled to and lived and worked within the region. Indeed for 20 years I had two passports (officially) to enable me to visit both Israel and countries such as Saudi and Jordan. However, despite that, can someone please ****ing explain to me why the Leader of the His Majesty's Official Opposition cannot stand publicly to denounce the brutality of both Hamas and the Israeli Government and support the international calls for a Cease Fire? I don't expect the (f)racist, RW UK Government to risk upsetting it's pals in Tel Aviv, but I find a similar stance by the UK Labour to be astonishing. Is the risk of a tabloid / RW media attack based on the historic reported / alleged anti-Semitism within the party really so difficult to counter with a strong Humanitarian message in a Party Political Broadcast? I think that Starmer is making a huge mistake here, but as I say, please educate me. TIA
Because the last ceasefire resulted in Hamas launching their attack. It's also pointless, as Israel aren't going to be listening to anyone.
The answer lies in the Board of Deputies jumping on the Greens when they publicly called for a ceasefire Because apparently they haven't found a second record yet
I wasn't for a new minute suggesting that a cease fire would solve an insoluble situation that has existed since 1948. I would just suggest that just taking a non-aligned position calling for a cessation of hostile activity is the right thing to do.
There is no neutral position right now, though. Asking Israel not to react to the Hamas attack isn't neutral. Similarly, calling for a ceasefire in Ukraine isn't neutral, either.
Today in genocidal ****ery, Blackshirt Benny admits to Israel bombing that hospital last week - but it's okay, because there was a Hamas base underneath it, but don't ask him for proof Gee, I hope none of his lieutenants tried to silence criticism by saying "Well you killed civilians while bombing Dresden 80 years ago" in the past two or three days...
Benny the Blackshirt once again making life really difficult for centrists who want to both sides the argument
