He was superb. Sarr was also excellent and ran his socks off.

Corr blimey, only just finished knocking one out at the fact Bentancur’s back let alone the result.

Dominated possession but felt we didn’t trouble them enough. I don’t blame Woy for the tactics though, without Eze and Olise they didn’t really have a great creative outlet for attack and to be fair we’ve played like that in recent years with the likes of Kane and Son!

Sarr really good, pretty much instant impact from Johnson too. Couple of those Vic saves were top notch as well, what a signing he’s proving to be.

Nice to be able to enjoy the whole weekend now <laugh>

Quite funny that Palace's fans booed their team into pressing our defence at 1-0.
That gave us plenty of space to make it 2-0. Cheers. <ok>

    Sour Grapes Time.
Carragher was asked if Spurs were title contenders or challengers - his response definitely not!
Even the commentator with him was surprised.
    Really! Very Saltypool.
I'm loving big Ange instead , COYS

I didn't see it, but the quote on the BBC live thingy sounds ok.
What was the problem? They must've missed something out.

Not sure who got MoM but my vote is for VdV. What a machine!

Glad Ange saw my half time post and brought on Johnson. What a great passage of play for the second goal starting with Sarr’s cross field pass to Johnson.

I still don’t like this dicking passing at the back!

Still in disbelief. Unbeaten in 10 games, 8 wins, 5 points clear (albeit with an extra game).

Aren’t we venturing into a better start than the double-winning team?

Our record this season is 8-2-0

Conte should be proud, given that was his preferred formation...

It was weird, it was like he was being purposely difficult. Yeah they were generic questions, but nothing different to what is normally asked to a losing manager after a match.

Answer is no according to BBC sports news. They amassed 30 points from their first 10 games.

Imagine,......there I am on the settee watching the game and screaming at Spurs to PLEASE stopthe sideways, backwards rarely forward passes going on all the match by our players. Our goalie got more passes than our fowards put together.......and we win with a slight case of nerves towards the end.I think our players should each be given a picture of the halfway part of the pitch. They love it so much. I hope Arsenal will be doing the same against bottom team Sheff U.

I was behind the goal at Sheff for that 12th game. It was a long way home!

A good 3 points, lovely second goal, no thanks to the referee who failed to book 2 Palace players for bad tackles or VAR who failed to see a clear handball by Ayew. VDV was superb, and it looks like Hodgson has finally lost his marbles. COYS
