It's a little surprising that the cause of death wasn't revealed - that just leads to all sorts of speculation. Thinking back on the cave incident, it must have been a horrific experience for the youngsters - trapped in the darkness with no food for nine days. When they were rescued, it was reported that they had all been drugged up to the eyeballs with a mixture of ketamine and a saliva suppressant and strapped tight onto stretchers to stop them moving - presumably to stop panic as part of the journey out was underwater. The whole episode would have left a mental scar, however deeply buried. Perhaps something triggered the memories and they were too much for him - we'll never know.

The knucklehead apparently has never watched any other sports, nor watched/read any media reports. it's rather telling that the BBC haven't opened that article to comments - had they done so, I'm sure Ifab would see just how unpopular the decision is, not to mention the likelihood of finding how unpopular VAR is.
That is true - they are probably more worried about the swearing from players and criticism from fans. "Ruin the brand" or something. Cannot say I have missed it although guess had Sheffield Wednesday got that penalty some would have complained about a lack of it.
