There's two articles, basically both the same, but with different headlines, one attributed to Baz, the other to two other people.
Doesn’t affect me so, no, it’s not a problem. It’s a problem for you & the other flakes because you let it affect you. Get over it, Don’t read it. Stop living in the past, the world has changed since you worked for the rag & got bitter after you left. Similar to how you got bitter about the local radio station when Kofi won a competition & someone else lost out. Repeating the same old **** on here over & over will change nothing. Repeat it to those who may change it not to those who already know, Easier still, don’t open it. Don’t get involved with it. Don’t give them the clicks , show some self control. You’ll be happier.. Wise up & stop giving them what they want. They know what triggers you & you let them.
Whatever happened to righting wrongs? If it's wrong it won't be put right by ignoring it. Edit. Just re read your post and it seems like I missed the middle paragraph.
Article co-written by Ben Perrin, more like Reggie Perrin, Grot indeed. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
It should effect you because it effects the club you support. The person who 'lost out' to Kofi on local radio actually was given a job with the BBC for four years and then left voluntary, they begged her to reconsider her decision and offered her more work to stay. She now has her own business with an impressive turnover. Happy as Larry. Can you say that for the few remaining staff at RH? As for the Mail, when I left, over 50 years ago. I was on £5.50 a week and I started work in a new job a week later on £25 a week, and week ends off. The Mail is no longer printed in Hull and employs next to no-one. So yes, extremley bitter. I have not bought a printed copy now for well over 5 years and only know one person, a poster on here, who does. The publication is dreadful. I do log on for local news as I do the nationals and other news channels. It's what the internet is for. As for encouraging clickbait, are you then happy that this rag, which can and does produce decent stuff when it wants, uses our club and football in general in such a cheap and shoddy way? But represents RL in this city in nothing but a positive light? Todays latest gutterpress article about nothing to do with City but using us as 'clickbait' in a very misleading article, as an example, and one the City reporter thought in such poor tatste to have to re write and soften up ? If more people complained then we might see more action to rectify this as we have already seen with Coopers re written peice. And I am not a snowflake or any other kind of flake.
My life isn’t empty enough to care about it. The club doesn’t give a hoot, you’re just hoping they’re as angry & indignant as you are. If they were arsed the owner wouldn’t be sharing exclusive time with Cooper. The problem, & offence, is yours. Grow out of it. Move on with the world rather than staying rooted in a bitter past. Do you moan & rattle on about it relentlessly in other places or just on here?
I nearly spend as much time on here as you but unike you, I dont set myself up as judge and jury. Put me on ignore, its easy, I'm sure someone will explain how you do it.
Put me on ignore? I have nobody on ignore. Maybe you should try the ignore option with the HDM, local radio presenters, journalists, competition winners, etc. It’s easy, I’m sure one of the other Last of the Summer Whiners will help you do it.
I banged someone on ignore last weekend cos he's an idiotic ****er who argues day and night, sometimes with himself.. Now I feel like a bit of a clueless ****er cos I'm having problems following the threads. Signed Silly ****er.
I agree it can be damaging. I will often scan quickly through headlines on HDM but due to amount of adverts, unless it’s of real interest, don’t open the article. Nevertheless, I have registered the headline.
Greaves right side of a back 3 who makes this shut up? Who even uses a back 3? That was so last decade.
It's the old EFL Team of the Week double bluff. They'll play him out of position after he (apparently) had a good game for us playing out of position. SkySports hacks: always thinking.
