Burnley spending £4.5m on Scott Twine may just well be the greatest bit of transfer business in Hull City’s history.
Bluddy 'ell, we do make life hard for ourselves sometimes. If Brum were any good we could be 3 down by now. It's the same old problem, we can't convert pressure into goals. Delap and Philogene look class though. We're getting done for pace down our right side, need to stop that.
All those mistakes by both sides have made it more entertaining as that half has gone by a lot quicker than a lot of our games.
Sort of in Twine's defence... he's being played on the wing again, he looked ok-ish in the 10 position and we looked miles better with wingers playing as wingers. Not sure what Allahyar or Sinik needs to do to deserve a start. They must be ****e in training.
I thought Philogene has struggled tonight to be fair. Some good touches when drifting inside but he’s having absolutely no joy down that wing at all.

Nope, Elmohamady was a class above Elliott in the diving stakes. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Never actually confirmed, but as Philogene had been working his way up through the England youth set-up, I suspect it was him.
Doubt he starts ahead of a fully fit Ozan or Slater on current form. That's said I think he's capable of more than he's showing at the moment.
