All teams have a NIGHT. A game to remember. Tonight's was utd, the forgotten defender scores the winning goal! The derided keeper saves the penalty. Such nights can lead to great things, or be a pleasant memory. But I'll happily give the man's tonight's celebrations
It is what it is. Utd are playing catch up in the group where all day every day they should be beating galatasaray and copenghan. Its actually a gimmie of a group. The love in for maguire and onana his hilarious. Someone needs to post the salah licking his lips meme regarding playing utd if this is the solution to all thier issues.

Man Utd should be beating Copenhagen at home 100%, and the reality is they did. We'd be praising our team if that had been us; hard thought result and got the job done etc. However, where is the fun in that? It's Man Utd so it's only natural we ridicule them, point out the poor performance and over elaborate celebrations. It's only fair we treat them in the same way they'd treat us
Every team has tough games, games everyone thinks they should win but are a struggle. It was a great night for utd fans, their most derided defender scores the winner, the keeper that couldn't catch a cold, saves a last minute penalty. It's magical stuff. I understand its easier to laugh at them, but if that was a liverpool match you'd all be pissing yourself with joy. Just because it's utd, doesn't stop it being a great night Football is all about nights like this, it's not the opposition, it's not the performance, it's the moments that you remember.
Tbf Copenhagen are better than they look. They have a good progressive manager. Utd it's fair to say aren't a team that a neutral would back even as a dark horse in the CL, and they only just edged out the same side in the europa a couple of years back. let them have their moment.
don't think we'd be praising our lads for winning 1-0 v toulouse after kelleher has to save a last min pen. Some folk on here would forgive an LFC player for ****ting on thier chips and calling it brown sauce though If course where's the fun in it, absolutely

I'd love Kelleher to save a last minute penalty and so would he. I'd like our players to have as many memorable moments with us as they could as well as memorable moments for the fans. It wouldn't alter the fact that we should have had the game (with this fictitious situation) sewn up well before that point but it would still be enjoyable. As for utd having a 'night', I couldn't care less.* Edit:* except maybe the night in question this time coming following the loss of a legend. I will give them that.
If we won like that I'm fairly certain I would be happy with the victory, but still say it wasn't a good performance. Also, it was only a group game - it's not as though they won a trophy.
you lot all need to admit that you would like every game to be like besiktas in the CL or man utd in the prem not every game can be a hammering but nobody wants to see LFc playing ****e, scraping by 1-0 then concded a pen in the last min and get let off.
