We haven't had Tiny, JE or LD lately. Do you think that they could get back into the side without spoiling the balance that seems to have developed lately?

Evening all - great afternoon, just sampled a couple at the Beer Festival as I was driving today. Just one cloud on the horizon in that the filthy ones managed to get a point in their local derby.

Good question NZ and my answer would be Tiny would probably slot in ok, but Hogg has more go than JE and Hodson is a better attacking option than LD.

Hogg will get suspended because of his style in the same way that JE managed to. Between the two of them we should be covered, although Hogg seems the better option to me.

As for Lloyd I am not one of his greatest fans as a footballer, even if I think he is a great bloke. Hodson seems to me to be the future, and listening in today he seemed fine defending as well as attacking. This of course is what I heard rather than what I could see today and Pompey sounded very poor.

What you heard was exactly as it was OFH - I completely agree with you points regarding both Hogg and Hodson...

Moosey delighted to be able to confirm #watfordfc have extended Wolves' Michael Kightly's loan deal until Jan 3 (with 24-hr recall clause).

No comments from H during the game. Was she there, or did she have a flat battery? :(

Neither, it would seem, are the English RL team :)

Just noticed one of the Aussie scorers was Jharal Yow Yeh - I used to play rugby with his uncle. A fairly large family - all the boys excelled at both codes of rugby. Makes me feel old :(

As far as England is concerned BB , league is just a feeder code , their best players seem to defect to union soon enough when the money is dangled infront of them!
