They've needed a second half penalty to beat Bristol City at home and lost there to Hull ...

... they're obviously very good but they'll attack which will suit us.

By the sound of their players today they're becoming a bit cocky, no reason we can't score, especially on the break ...

... just need to more decisive in and around the box.

I like your thinking, Smug. We need some big games from a few players and it should be the type of opportunity many came here for.

CM is a worry again, mind. Ekwah won’t be 100% yet and Bellingham has played more than I was expecting. I think the latter could do with a breather but it hasn’t been possible.

I wonder if Mowbray will be considering Dack or Aouchiche alongside Neil, or even Ba.

Its a tricky balance but 3/5/2 for me at present. Quick counters can be deadly and we have more than enough players who look capable of playing this way, fit and at our disposal now given half a chance.

I think 352 might well work, but only if Ballard is fit. He would have to be middle of any back 3 for me.

Tanks for another great thread RTB absolutely fantastic. Well I wasn't going to this one due to a function but that's been cancelled so I am . Very difficult game but I'm hoping we can raise our game treat it as a cup tie and go for it. Stoke was poor so I'm hoping for a much better performance. Just have a sneaky feeling about this one mind I'd settle for a point. :emoticon-0102-bigsm Keep the faith lads and lasses.

Quite happy for Dack to start up the middle.....could do with a bit experience up there. Should get at least 60 mins out the lad. He knows what the game is all about.

A total typical sunderland thing to do would be go and turn them over and everyone's happy again. Going to be a big test least it gives us a taste of what prem would be like. Let's face it the 3 that have gone up are really struggling. I feel though recruitment wise if we went up I'd trust them to invest enough to keep us up. Still think come the end of the season it will be between us and Leeds for 2nd and 3rd.

hopefully Tony has learned from his mistakes from Saturday and the team needs to step up from that shocking display or we could get another hammering

    I've got a feeling we'll grind out a draw, 0-0 or 1-1. Updated my prediction to 0-0

I’d be absolutely staggered if we kept a clean sheet. Here’s hoping…

All about opinions, I dont think Dack is fit and Roberts for all his skill isnt actually contributing goals or assists, even though he is amazing to watch

This, seen the size of Dacks arse? Pritchard is the better option if picking from the two.
