Five years from their try line? Wouldn’t have scored until the next World Cup was over then.

I've never really understand RU....The attacking team seem to get penalised an awful lot of times especially around the ruck...Stupid game...This tournament lasts too long and the semi finalists are usually determined well before the comp begins...Might as start with a NZ vs SA final and work backwards.

There’s no way anyone thought we’d be in the semi final

Unlike the RL World Cup which is so open and you have no idea who will make it through.<laugh>

If you fancy seeing England maybe win something they're currently ahead vs Tonga in a RL match. Decent watch, BBC1.

Tonga only has population of 100,000 yet can put together a union team which doesn’t disgrace itself and a league one which ran England close.

Good player is Lewis, proud of a East Hull lad doing well. Very emotional in the after match interview....What's his background? Deepest Preston Road???

In truth most them playing today will have been brought up or born NZ and Australia
    NZ 90,000, Australia over 40000.
I also read that more Samoans live in South Auckland than Samoa.
It’s has certainly benefited the AB’s.
Physically Islanders are huge and when you combine that with structure, discipline and excellent coaching systems which NZ (Union) & Aus (League) have it’s no wonder.
Good to see many of them are now choosing their heritage over instant success and glory which can only benefit both codes.

Bilton grange / Holderness road for me.

Me mam & dad still live on Bilton grange, I’ve tried to get them to move away, but they won’t even consider the idea

I had mates from off BG.....I feel like going down memory lane....Berkeley picture house on Diadem roundabout/ Greenwich Avenue....1st film I saw in there was Zulu, when I was a mere nipper...I thought I heard Michael Caine telling the natives to: 'Stop throwing those bloody spears.....'
