Did someone from both teams swear when they found out Jarred Gillette was ref, so he sent both teams off??

Liverpool fans are absolutely ****e aren’t they, such a myth. playing v 10 in a Derby and not playing well should be a wall of noise. They aren’t a good side either be individuals that win them games but there’s no balance and fluidity they really are not good.
So, can we agree that Kompany isn't a tactical genius and brought a team back up that was too good to go down ... ... or a meringue?
Poor defending there from West Ham. If I was a manager and one of my CBs turned his back on a shot he'd never play for me again.
Was always going to be tough for the promoted sides, especially a team like Burnley who want to play football rather than the spoiling tactics of a Luton or a Wycombe. It's fine playing expansive football when you have the best players in the division, it's a whole other thing trying to do it with a squad full of players who aren't PL quality. It's going to be interesting to see whether Kompany is sensible enough to make them more pragmatic and hard to beat whilst sacrificing the aesthetics of a passing team. Might just be that Burnley accept a few yo-yo years like Fulham did in order to establish themselves as a PL team
What was it he said. Was it 'I wouldn't have this job without the pantomime comedy accent that appeals to gullible housewives'
He was saying that players are taking the piss going down with fake head injuries to stop the game and it needs sorting out. Mind you, Drury asked him what he would do to fix it and all he said was 'play on'.
With 5 minutes to go, yesterday, three Stoke players went down together ... ... they'd obviously forgotten whose turn it was
