    Mowbray out….

Just waiting fir it. Boo boys will be back next home game. We didn’t play well, but we didn’t deserve to lose.

Totally agree. We lost a lot of possession there today.

How? I'm fine with him staying but we won't be anywhere near auto promotion. You can't complain about no forward and then play all 3 on the bench. You can't go a man down against Boro and then go all out attack. He's fine but we need new ideas.

Well done to the travelling fans <applause>
Not a great display but we still had enough chances and maybe should have won that.

All out attack?? We played a defensive set up against Boro second half. Had no player available to take Neil’s place in midfield.
If you want him sacked, then you’re an idiot

I’m not a boo boy and never ever will be but I wouldn’t be upset if people want a change like. To be beaten by one of the worst teams in the league with a massive injury list is a bit pathetic and not something that inspires confidence! He’s got a massive couple games now before it really does start to be loud rumblings and that’s a fact.

Surely you're taking the piss? We had defenders on the bench and could've put O'Nien into midfield. Instead we ended up with Clarke playing pretty much left back and nobody in midfield and Boro just walked through us. Today was pathetic, a proper dour performance and that is on Mowbray.

It’s also another game where we should be getting a minimum of a point.

Think it would be harsh and bit silly to change manager now, but can understand some wanting a change. He's earned the chance to finish the season I think, so reassess in summer unless things really go south.

It's an interesting view. Let's say we finish 10-12 this season, would Tony get another year ?

I say he definitely wouldn't. So if we start to drift I can see people's point. I am not calling for him to go before anyone starts. But the club are clearly wanting to continually progress and that's why they did look in the European market in the summer. I mean look at the one we were linked with at Nice now...

Tim hat on here and I'm just thinking off the top of my head without putting that much thought into it. The team had basically been the same as season, yes we've played well most of the time and up to the Boro game, the team didn't really do that much wrong but maybe it's now time to start to make changes. Back 4 would probably pick itself at the moment but maybe changes in midfield and up front.

We'll know the Neil will more than likely be back for Leicester so he takes up 1 spot, maybe Ekwah alongside him and giving Jobe a rest and he drops to the bench. I like both Pritchard and Dack but maybe Adil playing the number 10 role with Clarke and Roberts and Rusyn up front. Although Burstow hasn't done that much wrong when he's played, I haven't been that impressed with him

OR we could put either Seelt or Triantis alongside Ballard, O'Nien alongside Neil and Ekwah on the bench to bring him on later

Yep exactly. Club and Speakman took loads of flack for speaking to Farioli and now he will probably never be attainable for us again.

I think I need a January transfer thread to take my mind off the match.

I'm the same mate, and agree with your comments on recruitment, however the major problem today for me was the shape of the starting eleven as much as the personnel. OaU.

We'll lose midweek and if we get turned over by Norwich the knives will be out.
