I lived in Cyprus for 2 years when I was in the Army from 2009-11. Paphos was always a favorite bolthole. Is the restaurant Fat Mamma's still there?
I have ginger in me too. Interestingly, I used to burn badly. I still do if I’m not careful, but I go much darker, easier than before - and the tan lasts longer. It seemed to change after my serious Illness in 2019 when I had major surgery and multiple blood transfusions in Bulgaria. Coincidence? Or maybe I’ve absorbed some Bulgarian DNA from all that Balkan blood? Who knows - but it’s real!! Any doctors on here?

Nigel Pearson delivers brutal verdict on Mark Robins' reign at Coventry City Coventry City opposition news from CoventryLive as we take a look at what Bristol City boss Nigel Pearson has been saying ahead of Saturday's clash with the Sky Blues https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/s...coventry-city-bristol-robins-pearson-27945770 Wow, I wonder why Nige would use such phrases as " Tolerance of crap" and " How fragile life is" is there a silent message being given to a certain owner here, especially in the last paragraph, “I have a lot of respect for managers in general, rather than coaches, who have to deal with the reconstruction of an operation or to make sure there is some sort of clarity of how people work within the organisation. The coaching side of it is one thing, the management side is for teams who are going in a different direction.”
I think the " Tolerance of crap" comment most likely refers to the time they were exiled to play in Birmingham (who would want that...), and I think he's right , it was crap, and MR has done a superb job at Cov. We know from his tenure at City that NP doesn't get too involved in the coaching, he likes to manage (whatever that means?). It's a bit of an old school approach from NP, so probably a dig at the more modern day football manager/head coach. The worry is, is this a sign that NP is looking at retiring?
He also said spending lots doesn't guarantee success........As I've said in the past, it's not all about funds required to make a successful team..

Currently off Cuba heading for Florida and am willing to bet we lose to a late Jay DeSilva goal. You know it makes sense. Will be at the airport during the game and might get the result during a stop in Montreal. Here's hoping but have my usual doubts.
