Its an interview with the press, not the public. They're obliged to make some of it available for live TV for news channels.

But they also hold stuff back for the written press. Always been the way. If the written press don't get access to "exclusive" news, there's no written press.

It's literally called a press conference and until 15 years ago we wouldn't have known what he said until we read it in the morning.

Hopefully Mowbray is just being coy re: injuries. No Ballard, Huggins, Ekwah or Pritchard would be a huge blow.

I dont like these apologies from refs assessors. I dont think they are helpful at all. Mistakes happen in a match, there isnt a single player who wont make a mistake in a game, refs are the same. Accept the mistake and move on quickly if you are involves in the game. Us fans can moan and whinge, part of the fun, but I dont want an apology personally.

Voted for a draw but reserve the right to change prediction to a win the more beer I get down my neck tomorrow night.
2-2 but hoping we can get the 3 points.
Fkn annoying about that ref as I think we would have beat Boro.
    Gutted if Ballard is out.
I thought Seelt looked OK when he made his debut. A tad nervy initially but got better and grew into it.

Wonder if one or Dack/Pritchard will be held back for Tuesday (although I'd argue getting 3 pts on Sat is more achievable)

We'll need experienced players on Tuesday ...

... I'd let youth have it's head at Stoke, the pace and enthusiasm would frighten them as they're already edgy.

Think we'll learn a lot about where we are after this match.

Dunno mate, all we learned from the Boro game is that ridiculous split second decisions can cost you a game.

A mistake, a keeper error or a deflection might be the difference at Stoke.

If it's in our favour we'll take it but forget the game and move on to Tuesday.

    Great thread @RTB
I think that youth will get its chance on Saturday and then experienced heads on Tuesday

I think a 2-1 win Saturday is on the cards

A little bit surprised to see Stoke favourites to win with the bookies…
