Are we able to build on the land surrounding the training ground? Just wondering because of how big the area is

drove past there today with my brother and looked around and i said this is a massive area which could be redeveloped, the new bridge will be near there, the garage owner could be relocated and one or two others, the nearly finished cafe will make a fortune on match days, the ex VW garage is exellent for a pre match drink/get together music zone, selling food as well. sheep folds could be for away supporters parking but a multi story car park would be needed if the SOL gets extended and creating a lot of jobs.
