Morning had a bottle of Haciendia Uvante old vine garnacha from Lidl last night you might want to give it a try as both me and the Mrs thought it was really nice and for £6.99 a bargain
Morning Lidl is ok but puts me off them changing stock on a constant basis soon as you get used to something it’s gone
i would have done a pic of it but Mrs had lobbed it in the recycling bin before i had the chance but it had a black label. having had a look on line think the winery is actually Uvanis Hacienda.
I can understand that side of it but that’s not what I’m looking for myself……it’s like a game of trial and error for me…..I always pre plan my meals for the week which would be difficult not knowing what’s on the shelves pre hand I do like the bakery the sushi and the price of the aromatic crispy duck which is 2 pound less than its competitors mind so always pop in for one of them
yeah thats the problem i have as well as i also do a meal plan for the week but can't do that shop there as it is far too likely that i will need to go elsewhere as well . Luckily it is fairly easy to get to so use it for certain things Fish ,their freshly squeezed orange juice as it actually tastes like freshly squeezed orange juice ,bakery and any odds and sods i spot .
Just a small handful down here. off to Dartmoor at the weekend so maybe a bumper haul up there …. Fingers crossed

The tops of the mountains around me seem to be fine but I do the fields underneath…….it’ll probably be the other way around next season
