Ok Hope so, but I’d been on a Maritime Walk and the guide told me the gates wouldn’t open so she’d be lifted in
Maybe they are floating her in and waiting to give her a nice shiney finish once she's permanently berthed.
The guide needs to take more water with it, she's sailing in bow first. The tidal barrier will be down to keep her high in the water while they manoeuvre her into position to enter the dock. Once she's in a coffer dam will to be built to keep her dry. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Apologies if this has already been posted, sounds like a brilliant idea. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-humber-67139881
There have been a number of sites running for several years in Hull, tended by volunteers with the produce available to anyone that picks it. I'm not sure if it's still there, but there was one opposite Empress. I do hope they make sure these are on raised beds, as the crap in the ground will be sucked up by plants, which would make them risky to eat.
Rooted in Hull, who are quoted in the article, are brilliant. I have a tenuous link with part of their funding. Raised beds are good for a variety of reasons as you say, but not least accessibility for those with mobility issues.
Must be somebody on here who can do this or knows somebody who can? https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/new...bought-house-one-hulls-8840811?int_source=nba
My mate normally does artwork, so I'm not sure how he'd cup with such a large scale project. Here's some of his work. please log in to view this image https://www.thevintagenews.com/2019/01/04/artworks-destroyed/
Not my cup of tea, although I'm sure I'll cope. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Paragon getting a make over. Not sure about the permanent Christmas Tree though. Hull station revamp plan included in efforts to turn TransPennine Express around after mass cancellations - Hull Live (hulldailymail.co.uk)
