Could've been worse ... Still think that Raylor should stay on and maybe bring on Shola in the second half ...

And he was diabolical towards the end of the Wolves game getting beat on balls to his far post.

I'm not necessarily saying they need to switch at halftime, but this just demonstrates why he shouldn't be there permanently.

Gutted we go in 2 nil down. 2 real bad mistakes and signs of weakness and City took their chances, simple as.

Hope we start well. Otherwise it could be 4 or 5

calm down lads no one complained about him when he scored against everton or for that matter when we've won there are others who aren't having an influence on the game as well cabaye for instance we have to realise that this team we are playing are by far the best team in the league and if we can keep the score down to at least 3 now it's a good job remember they spanked the champions in their own back yard so get real abit :)

Might as well bring on Santon imo, it's do or die now after all.

Think Santon could help us here, hope he gets some playing time.

Ben Arfa looked decent aswell, surprised he passed when he played in Ba, but was a great pass. Imagine what he will be like when he's started 3 or 4 matches in a row!

Exactly, and this is only 2 goals down, that's nothing!

We never expected to get anything from today, we played resolutely for 40 minutes and the lads can be happy with their performance so far. City are just a class apart and a million miles away from us in terms of quality. Let's just hope we keep the confidence and fight in the second half. We're going to lose, but let's do it with the grit and determination that has stood us in such good stead so far this season.

couldnt have put it better, of course we're going to get beaten by teams like city, i am pretty happy with the way we played so far anyway, games like this will not dictate where we finish, and raylor has earned us a lot more points than he has "cost us"

This. Also what was Raylor bought in for ORIGINALLY? Right-back and Right-midfield. Even if he isn't going to be our long-term option at LB he'll give Simpson good competition and Obertan too. <ok>

I actually think Sameobi has looked very neat and tidy on the ball. Been impressed with him and HBA (when we occasionally venture into their half)

And anyone saying I shouldn't suddenly get on Raylor's back, I've been singing this tune all season.

That said, I don't think the match is over. Some valuable possession and a few more shots on Hart and I think it could still turn. Sammy hasn't look intimidated, and Hatem's looking composed. Still looking forward to the second half!

If Ameobi can add some pace to those shots/crosses he's doing, he could have had 2 alone by now

Think most of us are just more annoyed at the ways we have conceded, I wouldn't be so annoyed if we conceded because of good Man City play. But instead we have conceded because Raylor decided to have his arms out like a twat and then completely forgot how to defend.
