Raylor having a mare. Shame considering how well he's done this season.

That would just make it worse IMO. Just because he's made two mistakes? Give the lad a break.. he hasn't been that bad.

Seriously? He was shocking against QPR, was at fault for Defoe's goal against us, has also looked vulnerable on his weaker foot defensively previously.

The guy's not a left back, he's a good utility player, but we need to bring Santon in.

No it's not, we have conceded 2-3 other goals because of him, in previous games.

Ok we come out next half, pull ourselves together and give City a good run for their money.
What we can't do is let them get into their stride.
    Come on lads!

No point taking Raylor off, just gonna **** up his confidence. Not like Santon is going to stem the flow, City will still be good. Stupid for the penalty and don't know what he was doing for their goal. Both avoidable.

That's bush league defending...nice lad, great right foot, but nomatter what some people have said, he's made fundamental mistakes a lot this season -- even if we haven't paid for them often. Defenders should never be holding their arms out from their body, and they definitely shouldn't get twisted like that. He's been playing out of his skin for a couple months, but this was inevitable, he's not a LB, simple as.

At least Ben Arfa is looking class. Shame to go into ht at 0-2 because we had been playing well. Hope we come out fighting for the 2nd half and do not just sit back and try and minimise the score because then we will probably get hammered.

****ing hell people are fickle, one mistake against a far superior side can negate three months of solid football. <doh>

For all Raylor's terrific performances, the occasion has got to him. A normally standard free kick into the wall, followed by a foul throw (not given, but definitely a foul throw) and then the two goals. I'm afraid he's got to be taken off for Santon.

Don't think we're necessarily out of it yet though, if they don't bring on Dzeko/Silva and we can get a goal early in the second half, who knows? Ba's finishing needs to improve, but Ben Arfa is looking back to somewhere near his best.

Agreed, its not even as if we can moan that it wouldn't be given at home...

Leave Taylor on, what does throwing Santon on losing at half time do to either player? He made one error, and a ball hit his arm, not exactly horrific given the attacking talent of City.

Yeah 2 mistakes cost us 2 goals.

no point in taking off r taylor tho, doubt it will help

man city have had all of the ball, but havent created much, 2 - 0 down seems harsh on us
