You have to look at dependancies. Yes there are some/many amazing humans but we are dependant on other creatures to survive. Name me something that depends on humans for survival.
For those too young to remember the British troops were sent into Northern Ireland at the request of the Catholic minority to protect them from the growing protestant extremists who wanted Northern Ireland for themselves (sounds familiar?) the troops were welcomed by the Catholics and the first thing they got involved in was assisting Catholics stranded after excessive rainfall. caused a flash flood, they were given tea and sandwiches as they helped clear up the mess and were told they were heroes much to the annoyance of the Protestant majority Then the scum calling themselves the Provos (armed by the Americans with the new M16 rifle which was called the gun that could not wound because of the damage it did at close range) emerged from the shadows and began attacking the British troops who were mostly young kids who had no combat experience The IRA heroes used civilians (women and children) as cover to prevent the British troops from returning fire, this tactic led to Bloody Sunday where the troops mistakenly thought they were being attacked by the IRA, with hindsight they should have known that the IRA only fired on real soldiers when they could hide behind babies push chairs, the rest as they say is history Gerry Adams was directly involved in massacres while in charge of his part of the IRA and is now the leader of the so called political wing of the IRA
Probably one of the really tiny ones, they've already been responsible for a couple of mass extinction.
