No. If its a clear attempt to play the ball can only be yellow max.

If it’s not, you can be sent off. So pulling of a shirt isn’t an attempt to play the ball.

Brighton have looked the better team imo but we came alive in the last five minutes, mainly thanks to them putting themselves under pressure.

We need to move the ball quicker, much quicker.

Anyone else fed up of watching our defenders knock it about at the back for long periods? We're trying to entice Brighton out but it's not working, they weren't coming. Of course, now they're behind they might.

I can understand the back 3 for last 2mins there but there's nothing on. People need to shift the ball fast but there has to be an actual pass on.

as I said pregame, what is trent doing stood stood asleep at no 6 and not being the rcb. the second we got thst shape right Brighton stopped being so effective.

the single thing Elliott did was run at a player all half. Good press yes. anonymous otherwise. he needs to grab games by the neck and impose himself or he will always be the sub. stepping out of salah's way is fine bar its part of a pattern of him playing back and not wanting to be the one on the ball.

I want him to be demanding the ball. same as any lfc player.

 

The ball was going across the 6 yard box with Szobo standing next to it. It doesn’t have to be a 100% goal shot to be classed as a red. The term is denial of a clear goal scoring opportunity. Anyone denying szobo didn’t have a clear goal scoring opportunity there hasn’t watched football. Just had the keeper to beat with the ball 6 yards out

 

no it can be red if as Bisc says above there is no genuine legal attempt to play .

I can't understand the forward shape.

salah dropping miles deep to cm at times. half the time is central. nunez on right. daiz anywhere but high on the left.

if you want to ping it over the top you need the players in good starting positions as well and they just are not.
