I've gone Hamilton for no reply reason other than a good race record here.

    more interesting question though.

le clerk, sainz, Hamilton and norris are all shouts with smidge of Russell and alonso thrown in.

Talk about this being a little tough on tyres and 2/3 stops - Ferrari could struggle in the race but qualify well.

Think McLaren and Mercedes will be the ones fighting for P2/P3

hmmm. tough on tyres, tough on the causes of tyres.

    red Tony strikes again?

I'm happy with Hamilton as my pick then. Russell will just make an error

this is actually a fitting end to this tepid season.

verstappen wins it on a Saturday not a Sunday?

all he needs is perez to go Blow it as usual amd the sprint ends this title race.

Stroll seems to be sliding backwards against Alonso and the rest of the field! OK so I have never rated him but he does seem to be going backwards.

Looks like 6th in the sprint is enough for Verstappen, assuming no miracle win for Perez.

At least they can spend the Saturday post-race worshipping Max, and hopefully Sunday they can focus on the race.

I have been busy and only now looking at the timetable of events this weeked and realise I have missed loads already. Lets get the Max season winner out of the way. I am already thinking next year, this year having been a borefest.
Hopefully we will have more than one in the WDC competition next year, imagine 3 or 4 being in the running, how exciting that would be.
Reading the comments, would be good if Aston could bring in another driver and let Lance follow another path.
The sun is shining here so will have to watch the sprint in catch up.

Perez, again. Unlucky for Hulkenberg, he saw what was happening and tried to get out of it.
    Do the soft runners pit?

Have they realized the idiocy of the sprint races now?. Sunday, the main event is now a dead rubber.

they've been a dead rubber for months.

there's nothing wrong with sprints par se if the have action.

sprints are better than practices as a spectacle.
