    I'd rather Sammy behind Ba and HBA out right purely because I've seen HBA play very well on the wing but I will trust what others have said about him behind a striker

    Glad he has changed it to 4-4-1-1 though because I think it will be our best formation to play in.

    Perch and Smith to come off the bench and break de Jong's legs, it is gonna happen.

    Just seen the line up, interesting! Bold move from Pardew, starting both HBA and Sammy. Almost as expected though I suppose... Quite an attacking line up that.

    I am happy he is starting with Aguero and Balotelli and nice to see Clichy playing as he likes to get up front, my nerves have calmed a little but i still expect you to give us a tough game.

    Do you reckon he has deliberately started De Jong (who hasn't started their previous games) because he knows it will probably affect Ben Arfa? Like a psychological thing?
