We were off the train, in Newcastle, early doors for the 5-1 defeat, having breakfast the a few drinks.

There was already a huge number of Mags outside the pubs and vitually lining the streets as a reception for Sunderland arriving. We thought it would be fun to join the first escort from Central Station ... it was

The first 'attack' came from our left, at the Life Centre, where there were Mags asking us to have a go. They were chased inside, followed by Sunderland, cue breaking glass and the sound of wood splintering, etc. We next got to the big pub, on our right, where there were hordes of them. There was a bit of a break in the cordon when a handful of Sunderland went across the road whereupon the Mags retreated behind the polis.

This happened all the way to the ground and they were chased every time ...

... I put all the video clips on Youtube, it was like the final credits of the Benny Hill Show with the Mags in the lead role

 

I’ve seen similar mate. Those that want a fight are generally elsewhere on a meet. Those lining the streets are showing off their bouncing on the retreat dance. Funny as ****.

 

Could not help but have a wry smile at Shearer loving the mocking of SAFC’s defeat against Boro remembering his penalty miss against us as he grabbed the ball placing the ball on the spot expecting to blast the ball in to the net .Thomas Sorensen had other ideas however and made an excellent save, the Geordie talisman had let himself down , his team down , his club down , and the Geordie nation who worshipped him down . Oh how we celebrated and laughed ha ha ha ha just proves people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones !
