Maybe he is playing Labour. IE Will Labour level up the north and being back HS2.

But think on the bright side, unless your car is ULEZ Labour will hit you hard in every city and major town you wish to travel in.

He's a dumb fook then, and he can fook off with his ban on smoking as well, even though it don't directly affect me, I just hate government constantly wanting to ban stuff.

I don't really have an opinion on HS2, I'll leave that to the people that care, I just didn't get Sunaks stance on it, considering he will never be elected by the British public.

I don’t smoke so don’t care if I’m honest. A guy a work said that the tobacco companies are going to sue him though?
This will end up going round in circles for many years without changing anything IMO

I've not smoked for over 3 years now, but I still get frustrated when they keep on wanting to restrict stuff, and the more we let them do it, the more rules they will continue to apply - it will not stop at cigarettes either, next will be booze or sugar. We are struggling as a country to deal with old age, but they keep wanting us to live for longer, so either cancer is going to cost them, or a pension and dementia. But like you say, they will just keep going round in circles.

Although I didn’t see or follow the party conference, I’m really not sure who his audience was with this one?
Seems like a pointless sound bite which will just get bogged down in litigation.

Thick bastard, that was obvious from the get go, but I suppose it was a reasonable way of getting the company some national coverage, even if it has been found to be not quite what it seems.

Eco-entrepreneur Dale Vince has abandoned his support for Just Stop Oil, so he can plough all his money and effort into getting Labour elected.

The Ecotricity founder and Forest Green Rovers owner said that future protests by the eco-zealots would be 'pointless' and 'counterproductive' to the aim of protecting the environment.

Don't smoke myself but do support the latest initiative of having barges floating off shore that could accommodate thousands of smokers at once ... which are capable of undertaking a cruise to Rwanda for a better life ...<whistle>

The barges are ridiculous, as it would be lucky if they even accommodated a one day crossing. As for cruises to Rwanda, Arsenal FC, and even Jesus approves for you, when you want to get away to there from the daily grind of life...

    <laugh> ...

See you got a 'like' from Diego ... see it as my civil duty to inform him that Rwanda is land locked and yoy couldn't actually get there by cruise <whistle>

    So what colour was he?

Is being described by skin colour offensive? If it is, that's one hell of a can of worms getting opened up.

Topical news panel show Question Time has been thrown into a race row after the BBC deleted a clip of Fiona Bruce referring to an audience member as a 'black guy'.

In Thursday night's broadcast of the show on BBC One, the host asked a man from the audience to put his question to the panel - but her racial description was edited out when it was uploaded to iPlayer.

Ms Bruce, 59, and the BBC have now apologised for causing offence for her remarks, with the presenter saying it was 'wrong to identify him as I did'.

The Tory party have no desire to reduce immigration & Labour need unrestricted immigration to win an election.

It's all piss & wind from the diversity hire lady

If the claim is true that they can't stop them coming in, there's still no need to put them in hotels. There's plenty of brownfield sites near the points of entry that could be stacked with converted containers as temporary accomodation.
