Trying to get kids tickets for Saturday. I've had to register them for an account and add them to my network. I've tried to reassign the u16 tickets to them but says they don't have the attributes needed.

Tried ringing ticket office but no joy and only got about 15 mins before I lose tickets ha.

Do you need to prove they are kids accounts maybe? I had to take the kids' passports down as ID to get their STs.

I believe for Boro games you need a purchase history, this notice is on the ticket website:

"Tickets for this fixture are only available to those supporters with a purchase history before 22nd June 2023."

Ah ok. I have purchased kids tickets before but on my account. I've never had to assign them before. My little un is 9 and I didn't think there was any requirement for him to have an account registered due to his age.

It does seem strange, if you have a purchase history I would have thought you would be able to assign them to an age group that matches their membership.
Have you added them to your friends and family network on your account?

I needed one for my 15yo also. Thanks for offer. I'll have to try get to ticket office tomorrow to try sort it out, I'm just worried leaving it too late I won't get 3 tickets together.

Anyone have any idea if a season card can be reactivated mid season? My direct debit didn’t go out in September but I didn’t realise until I went to forward a ticket a few weeks ago and my account said no upcoming matches.. I actually thought it was just an error at first because of how ****ing bad things are off the pitch. Checked again a few days later and still nothing and no idea what’s happened so I tried ringing the ticket office to see if they’d tried to take the payment/pay it over the phone if not just to be cut off as soon as it says wait for an operator so I emailed a few different options and finally got a response from the digital queries office saying

“Due to missing September payment your season card has been cancelled.

    Kind Regards”
