    Cheers mate.
I suppose I'm just getting very impatient, waiting for that point to arrive.

    Cheers.
It's the setbacks I find so frustrating.
Walking seems to be coming easier now than the set exercises.

A lot of people told me that it was vital to do ALL the exercises as often as possible and that's stuck in my head and made me frustrated when I can't do them.

Had my surgery to remove carcinoma from my shoulder two weeks ago....and was told to rest it for a week...as a self-employed contractor found that very difficult to adhere to, but my work partner carried out all heavy works whilst I guiltily plodded on with menial works....thought all was ok until stitches came out and had an infection in wound...on antibiotics now and it's cleared up a lot, but very helpful I have a nurse in the house....one ****er of a scar for such a miniscule op....keep plodding on Col, sure it will get well over time

When you feel frustrated Col, just remember Douglas Bader . Willpower is everything, you'll get there !

As good as expected, thanks Kiwi.

The increasing pain in the hips has taken centre stage. l’m off the current rheumatoid needle ( side effects not worth it ).

Currently caught in a choice between the two.
    All good fun.

You over your health issues you were having?

Good luck with that mate. Hopefully all caught early. Seems timing is the big thing with these.
Hope the biopsy result is all positive news Steels.

    SW,
Everyday when l get home, l get down on the floor ( attempt ). ( I’m hunched over from working all day, as the day continues, the back falters and slumps.)
It take a few minutes to eventually straighten my back to touch the floor as a whole.
Bit by bit, l can feel the vertebrae’s slowly click back into place. Slowly spreading the hips apart ….. wow, the relief is amazing.

The calcification build up on the bone continues so l have to fight it and try to bring it back to the way it was at the start of the day.

l’ve been stretching very slowly everyday for over three years. I can’t tell you how much it helps.

If you want to fight aging without putting unnecessary stress on your body, slow stretching on the floor with the help of gravity, really does work.

Sorry for the drawn out detail.

    Best wishes guys.
We’re all getting old & busted but we don’t give, otherwise we we couldn’t bake our team’s performances each week.
