It was a great finish, but it's so easy to stop from happening, it's schoolboy stuff

It's no coincidence they score like they do at home.

But we are drawing them out of position and creating opportunities.

with the squad we have we should be right up their with them, this is a first rate side and anyone can see there’s a degree of mismanagement. Baffling team selections and fear of letting the shackles off at home.

We aren't tonight bar a brief 10 minute spell. They're very good in their press.

Has Seri lost his shooting boots? He’s found himself in very similar positions to their goal scorer yet he chooses to play it out wide rather than taking a pop.

You just don’t understand the style. Moving the ball quicker makes us concede like against Plymouth. We need to be better in the box.

I agree we've been poor, but it isn't just us they've done this to.

Wake up call for Rosenior, this. Don’t need to throw out the way we play in terms of style/philosophy whatever but he needs to seriously look at how we execute it because we look so slow. This was coming tbh. They’re the rip-roaring, goal-scoring upstarts of the division who aren’t scared of anyone and like to attack any opponent no matter who they are and press aggressively. Even Leicester and Leeds with all their quality didn’t put us to the sword quite like this.

Their full backs bomb forwrd when attacking and don’t care , ours are coached to stay where they are . We are being out coached tonight but there’s several lazy and slow players tonight . Christie is too slow unless in the final third

I think tonight is the wake-up call that Liam needs. Ipswich are giving us a great demonstration of how to play through City's midfield and defence.

I've got the Ipswich commentary, and they've largely been complimentary of City, even in the pre-match and they are saying that this is by far and above the best they've seen Ipswich play.

In that regard, being 2-0 down is possibly not as bad as some feel.

Seri 80 yds up the pitch doing the press the forwards aren’t doing , they get the ball and have the full run of the pitch !!!!!
