Rubbish, there was plenty of booing around me in the East, particularly half way through the first half (when they nearly scored a second).

Seri mentioned it in the pre match presser, so it's clearly not the only time it's been happening and the players are clearly being affected by it.

Can I respectively remind some of you that at the beginning of the season we were odds on to get relegated (panty wetters) i think was the term used, well so far we've competed in every game been very competitive we've made mistakes had things go against us had some luck and best of all we are near the top of the table.
Now I ask myself how do I remain so positive well maybe at 60+ I have lots of interesting out of work activities l Paraglide/motor, mountain bike, jet ski(stand ups only) ride my motorbike christ I've recently just taken up snowboarding I've just come back from the Caribbean with broken ribs and covid but still managed to do my advanced scuba with the broken ribs covid came on the last day fortunately, see that fortunately how many of you would have said that.
Moral of the story I think some of you need some other interests to keep you occupied and civil, my opinion, and remember someone's opinion can't be incorrect, now leave that lovely young man Liam alone and let him get on with things.

    Up The Tigers
Ps i was amazed at how many of the staff at the resort knew I was wearing a Hull City shirt when the crest did not have the name on it, they remembered it from the premier league days.

Tufans quick thinking and feet around their box would have won that for us yesterday

Least said about that one the better, but it was mentioned before yesterday's game so has clearly been more frequent than that.

Did they ask you if you were a red and white or a black and white? You can bet Gollum and some HDM reporters would think that would have been their first question.<laugh>

    Oscar:
"Oscar Estupinan endearing himself to Hull City faithful with first hat-trick
Hull City manager Shota Arveladze heaped praise on in-form striker Oscar Estupinan after the Colombian international’s hat-trick secured a 3-2 win for the Tigers against Coventry.
Estupinan, who is quickly becoming a crowd favourite at Hull, struck either side of Matt Godden’s equaliser from the penalty spot to give his side a 2-1 lead at half-time, and he sealed all three points just before the hour mark, increasing his goal tally to seven from six league appearances since signing in the summer.
    ...
“A good quality striker has his own qualities,” Arveladze said of Estupinan. “The boys understand that he needs more balls in the 18 (yard box) and he’s good there.
“He’s searching, he’s going, he’s dominating, he doesn’t leave easy balls for others, so he blocks, he goes to the first post and makes his goals and makes more points for us.”
Asked about Estupinan being a poacher, Arveladze added: “They call this Pichichi in Spanish – that’s someone who is chasing all the time around the two posts and having headers, having these knocks, moving the central defenders away from the positions, which is good.”
It looked as though the teams were going to head into the break on level terms until Estupinan pounced for his second goal of the day after Moore made a hash of Coyle’s cross.
Coventry’s task was made even more difficult in the 56th minute as Estupinan was again on hand to complete his hat-trick after Coyle’s cross from the right-hand side was met by Callum Elder and turned back across goal."

It seems like many people have forgotten what Oscar was like as soon as he goes out on loan.

If that Traore chance fell to him vs Leeds...

We are missing his composure a little at the moment I feel.

Didn't start well saying we hadn't won at home.

Not so much forgotten, just accept that he's not good enough in the build up play to fit the style.

I'd still rather we had him as an option for numbers, but I think if he was happy to be here as 3rd choice then he still would be.

    We certainly need more strikers
Can you imagine going from top scorer one season to saying he's not mobile the next when his goals all seemed to depend on his mobility?
