That was funny as it happened so early, before there was any real threat. If I was a conspiracy theorist I might suggest there was a delay on the images being transmitted - like the bookies used to fix the horse racing!
I don’t feel sorry for them one bit I acknowledge the fact they got bummed by the officials but it’s funny as ****, lol. I very much live for the tears of opposition fans. I love winning games but winning them knowing the opposition went home seething makes it that bit sweeter. We have been and also will be on the end of games like this and so when it’s someone else’s turn just savour it I say. I hope Ange invited the ref, the linesman and the VAR officials round for his famous BBQ, they certainly earned it.
I do not often post but feel a slight compulsion this morning after coming back from that one! In over 50+ years of attending isn't it just nice to be entertained once more at a game after the past couple of seasons of pure dross (AC Milan being the low point...). It does make my 6 hour round trip far more enjoyable! As for the game yes, I actually thought the red was a bit harsh but can see why it was given, and the offside was very funny but hey ho, too many games have passed before where lady luck has not looked our way. They are a top side though and they will be there at the end, of that there is no doubt but living among a lot of 'Pool fans I will be wearing the top when I go shopping tomorrow for maximum wummery.... I totally agree with a post or two back from RCL, we are at such an early stage of transition but I already have an absolutely huge man crush on Big Ange and loving what he is doing. Top 5 finish for me now I think and a good couple of transfer windows has the potential to totally transform this club. Finally Micky Van de Ven. What a beast of a player....
To close to call he says, after demanding imprisonment for the ref. It amazes me how they make themselves look like idiots then publish it on the net, so we can all see the extent of their idiocy.
I do like these guys, they look at mocking so many fanbases. A couple years back the one on the left went down to the Spurs stadium and acted as an employee of Spurs by being an “emotional support steward” handing out tissues, so many people thought he was for real Edit: found the video
Yeah they’re just a pair of idiots but in their defence can be funny. The tissue video went viral on the internet for a good 24 hours with people - both Spurs and non-Spurs - mocking the club for employing these types of stewards before realising it was a hoax And if I’m correct, it was that video that really boosted their number of followers too.
Haha - yes it is a comedic duo. They're famous for their phone in conversations. 'Love to the family'!
There are 3 articles on the BBC Football front page about how hard done by Liverpool are. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66973987 https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/66974648 https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/66951497 Edit: Now 4: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66976232 How many do we get when they **** up in their favour? Zero. In fact we get the opposite: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/65443810 How many apologies do we get when the refs balls it up? Zero. This is a major part of why these ****s favour certain teams. Balls up one way and it's forgotten. Do it the other way and you're slaughtered. Edit: See? Paul Tierney, who failed to send off Nketiah on VAR duty last week, is reffing Forest v Brentford, ironically.
Surely it was academic whether Jones's foul was a red card offence...he showed dissent when given a Yellow Card so should have been shown a second one in any case.
Remind me, did they sit Paul Tierney for this weekend after he ignored Nketiah's challenge on Vicario?
FFS, they've gone completely hatstand now... https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/16wvydo/michael_oliver_daniel_cook_and_darren_england/
