2 of my kids doing the Cardiff half marathon so off there to see them cross the line. They have 1 hour 45 minutes to beat my time.

Down here this morning. An old smugglers cove. Tracks carved out of the slate for a horse to pull a cart across the beach and into an old smugglers cave (now blocked up)
There's a place about 1/2 mile from me called the Bog Inn. It used to be a wink, which was an unoffical pub, kept secret to keep the tax man away. It's built literally in a bog, so as to make it really difficult to find. The place is supposed to be haunted by several spectres. One of which was a man who threatened to tell the law about the Inn, so they drowned him in a nearby stream. The other is supposed to be of a man who lost his way walking home and sunk into the bog. It's a ruin now, but it's a great place to explore. I'll try and dig out some pics.
