Could watch that KWP through ball again and again. Just a peach. Threads it through four Leeds players. Perfect weight. Left-footed too.

Must admit, Armstrong on the right in front of him seemed to work really well. Must have been nice for him to get some help for once

Useless fact: Hampshire was called 'The County of Southampton', before it was called Hampshire

Yeah, and Charly as a false 9 makes sense too. Fair play to RM. Now, don’t change it.

I was hugely impressed with KWP yesterday, ran his socks off and put some class through balls in. My MOTM.

Of course! Many apologies!! Still can't get used to that very obvious fact, Hants used to play County Cricket there in my youth.
I'll retreat to the sunbed humbly chastised

That was KWP saying thank you for last season, when he was the recipient of "through ball of the season" in a home match vs Leeds.

The last time that we beat Dirty Leeds 3-1 at home in the Championship we gained automatic promotion, coincidence?, kismet? or bollocks?

This is my biggest worry with RM.

He has the ability to be a very good manager for us, and I really hope he sticks with this.

My other point is will Stewart be able to play the false 9 position that CA did y’day, or will he come in and be one of the AA/KS roles???

Hampshire played there because until 1974 Bournemouth was in Hampshire. Then in 1997 it became a unitary authority in its own right, similar to Bristol, so it’s not technically part of Dorset either.

And according to my local contacts, living as I do 15 miles east of Bournemouth, they wish they still were part of Hampshire. I think that's a bit harsh. But in fairness at least fans of both clubs get on very well.

The first comment is RM about Charly. The second is about Adarma.
If he KNOWS what their best positions are, why doesn’t he just stick with it?

I put him in a role that suits him more than the other ones he has played in recently.

He’s a player that can play in a number of roles and he’s playing in one that really suits him at the moment. He will end up changing his role in the team at some point I’m sure.
"Now it’s a different role and I told him that he was going to play there for a bit. He’s played there before at Blackburn and I think he is getting better and better.
