Great ball that. Must admit I thought it was Jobe up until today, hopefully next game they'll wear different colour boots.
To be honest we have enough attacking players to be able to win any game ... ... we're playing really well so our home form doesn't concern me that much.
100% we do, 2 wins out of 4 isnt good enough at home Think a players like dack n rusyn will help at home due to their movement in the box
6 points from 12 would in theory be over the season 34 points. Be enough cos we will win a bunch of games in the road.
What was interesting is feet TM said as much in the interview with Sky, said he had a moan at the team for not being more clinical. I wondered if it was a tactic from TM to not really use too much energy on it when the game was done and dusted at half time, but didn't sound like it!
Yeah, I think he has to say that though. Genuinely looked to me like we’d been told to pump the brakes. For sure from 86-96 mins we were making no effort to attack and that came from the Bench, had to have.
Mowbray said post-match that he has it in mind to play two up front ... ... that didn't sound like one and a player sitting behind him. As Prehab said we need to go for it and that could be the way. It may sound prehistoric but I'd love to see Clarke and Roberts out wide with Hemir and Burstow for at leat thirty minutes.
Up close they look nowt like each other but from a distance, same height and physique, same hairstyle, I often get them confused.
Just noticed Pritchard not only wins the ball in defence, he unsights the keeper when Clarke whacks it in ... ... a lot of his work seems to go unnoticed.
He's not better than Clarke at finishing or whatever ... ... but he does give us something that others don't imo. His ball through to Roberts, in the box, was sublime.
Despite Clarke's two goals, Prichard was my man of the match. He covered every blade of grass, found space were there was little to find, won the second balls and some of his passing was just sublime. Like you, I don't get how people don't see his contribution. I was gutted when he was subbed, he's such a pleasure to watch.
Would love him to add goals to his game as he never really looks like a goal threat Great set piece for the 1st n his tackle for the 2nd goal was brilliant He looks sharper n fitter this yr, if we use him wisely he will be a big player for him He knows he cant drop off with Adil, jobe, rigg and dack all capable playing as a 10 Its his jersey now tho so up to them to take it off him - thats only a great thing for the team
When I played Sunday league you'd come up against players like him and your heart would sink. You can't mark him because he's everywhere, you can't get the ball off him and, even if you do, he'll keep chasing you and win it back. By the 60th minute you'd be gasping for breath and praying he'd be subbed.
