Fair observations. Some teams have only played 2 games so far, others didn't play until a week after it had all started. I'm sure scheduling isn't easy but it does seem to drag on a long time, 2021 was shorter, 2019 was a bit shorter but shorter nonetheless.
No worries. It will soon be time for that other World Cup where teams play each other to decide which of them will be beaten in the final by Australia.
I was going to post this in response to Two Wrights but most on here are not old enough to remember it.
Like 90% of the RL World Cup? The crowd there will have been bigger than any in the last RL World Cup barring the final.
You ain't got any friends.. You get a pint of the stuff....Which reminds me of a joke...A geezer, pissed to the eyeballs, went into a pub and asked for a pint of Titbread Whankard
Australia beat Scotland 84-0 in the last RL World Cup in England. If they could convert as well as RU kickers it would have been 3 figures.
Don’t know. But it is getting crowds, and overseas visitors, RL could only dream about for their sparsely attended World Cups.
