please log in to view this image V V Well another home game comes around against a Stoke side that has spent huge amounts in the transfer window-however underperforming in the championship and there fans are already disgruntled. For me this game is a winnable game and three points should come our way. A Game that in my opinion if we are serious of a top six push we should be winning. I would like to see TGH start watching him he defiantly has something about him and looks very composed on the ball. Nige obviously decides what team to put out-I think he may just start him on Saturday. I'm going 3-1Bristol City.

Personally I just hope, we've learnt from the Leicester game and play what we're good at...High press, high tempo, along with a bit more creativity and minimal mistakes at the back......I'm actually expecting a comfortable win....
I imagine with the slim pickings that Nige has to choose from, you think we'll be lucky to scrape a draw...am I right?

Remember Shiny, he always made me chuckle, he had a dog and called him Marv, he used to rave about Marvin, then he had another puppy and I think he called him Flinty, I miss that guy..
Yes I do remember him - I think he went to run a pub or hotel - something in the hospitality sector anyway. I really felt for him during lockdown and haven’t heard from him since before covid.
We usually know what happens when a struggling team comes and visits us, a win would be great especially at home but nothing is ever comfortable in this league as we all know.
We have traditionally struggled to break down teams that 'park the bus'. It seems to be a Bristol City thing - we've had this difficulty for decades under successive management regimes - probably Cott's promotional season being the only exception.

We really need to beat Stoke, Plymouth needs to be a start of a winning home run if we are to have any chance of being a top 10 team.
Wasn’t he a plasterer by trade?, but took a share in a pub or hotel down south somewhere? Edit I’m sure he popped back on here briefly just before lockdown
