The glaring miss is another stand -in CB,I'd prefer to rest Botman but Schar getting on and he just played 3 games,Botman younger!
Won't happen anyway, League Cup was the only thing they missed out on last year, they ain't gonna make that mistake again, will be a strong team. Livramento, Hall, Gordon, Isak, Tonali and Anderson to start this one pls.
I think Man City will rest some but they can still field a very good side. I hope Howe goes full strength.
Having the players I mentioned is arguably full strength, especially as a few starters from Saturday will be knackered. Livramento looked great as soon as he came on, and Hall was decent and composed. Give Wilson a rest and start Isak. Squad somewhat stretched atm, but still can field a good team.
I'm desperate to win a trophy more so than qualify for CL again. CL comes and goes very often for a tons of clubs But trophies are once in a generation As can be seen by all the pensioners on here who have never seen us win nowt bar a few participation certificates
The last "trophy" we won, yep it doesn't count and Scott Parker looks highly embarrassed about recieving it:
Saw something yesterday suggesting Isak has a minor knee injury, so definitely makes sense to give him a few more days rest
