Precisely. What Kahn said was measured and referred to obtaining and examining evidence. The police, whom I fully support having had several school friends and family members who have joined them, must be held to the highest of standards. I put them 3rd in the most important people in society, behind only teachers and health workers. They deserve the whole support of our society - but when we give them the power to execute lethal force they must also be under the highest measures of scrutiny and responsibility. They know that when they take the job - or they should do.
