It would need to be some plan to compete in that nest of vipers? In debt up to our necks to compete in a Playboy Playground...
Surely the aim of every club that's not in the Premier League is to gain promotion to the league above them, and so on, otherwise why take part? The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
The SAG, Humberside Police, certain members of the HCST and our more delicate fans think the MKM is a hostile atmosphere and a dangerous place to be. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...ns-throw-flares-pitch-Johan-Cruyff-Arena.html
Not too long ago I would've agreed wholeheartedly 'TwoWrongs' but nowadays it's regressed in my opinion.I don't deny that it's the best league in the world and it has the best players in the world but it does nothing for me anymore. Success is bought with over-inflated transfer fees and wages and the vast majority of Clubs that come to mind as permanent fixtures in it,are laden with huge debt and prima donna players rolling around the floor in agony at the slightest tackle.VAR decisions are commonplace at just about every goal and some are baffling to say the least. I get your point and it is hard to argue against in terms of having nowhere to go but up the way if you're a top Championship side.I think our time WILL come round again and it would be a huge achievement for City,it's fans and Hull in general but I don't crave or yearn for it anymore...
To listen to the police and SAG justifying the excessive stewarding and segregation you would. And are Humberside police still charging us 5 times more than they do at Arsenal for 60,000 crowds?
Take the money and let the future take care of itself. Oh and you win a prize, ever since using the Internet I've used the name TwoWrights, you are 'person' 10,000 to bastardise it to TwoWrongs. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Memo to self, buy him a pint of Carling and make him drink it, that'll teach the git. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
What the Police charge City is entirely unrelated to how dangerous they think it is. It’s based on how much they can get away with.
Three times, but never with an owner like this. We have to dream, otherwise what's the point. Stuck in the Championship for ever? How boring that would become. Or yo-yo between Championship and L1, with the odd foray into L2 maybe? No thanks. We have to want for the club to be the best it can be, on and off the field, and that isn't going to happen by staying in the Championship for ever.
