She is absolutely right to highlite this. People like the police and army in situations like this need to feel backed in making split second decisions, if not people like you will be crying that they did nothing and let a criminal get away.
It's an ongoing prosecution, in her current role, she is in contempt of court. So I agree, she is entirely right to highlight this.
She may well be if she say's it in court but as it stands she has given a personal opinion in a column she has written (the same as you or i might).
So all the barristers, that have today said, she is knowingly influencing an ongoing trial, which could be considered as contempt, know less than you?
No, it's just a personal opinion from me. It's up to the Barristers in court to present their evidence and convince the Jury/Judge, if outside influences do that job better the Barristers should not be in a job much longer.
https://www.gov.uk/contempt-of-cour...court' happens when,or ignoring a court order Read what it says. "publicly commenting on a court case, for example on social media or online news articles" Did you really think, it only counted inside the courtroom, you dolt?
If you want me to read the whole thing you shouldn't post something with a Highlighted part Still, we won't be having this problem again because all armed police are now handing in their weapons and saying "**** this". When dangerouse criminals are doing what they want just don't start asking where the police are.
Because it's not the Barristers job? You do know that jury's are prohibited from reading or listening to outside sources on trials?
"The jury are unable to reach a verdict which they all agree upon M'lud." "Very well, Mr Foreman, let's see what Diego Nobrain, has to say in the Daily Express"
Never read the Express in my life and probably never will (you and other Lefties seem to place great store in it though). Don't be a clown like most of your type, try some new put down and see if it floats
But that still doesn't mean, it's alright for outside sources to comment what they like. Which is exactly what Braverman has done. As a Government minister. Outside of court. Not in it, as you seem to think
Jesus tonight, how much more could you show your ignorance of the law by claiming that you can't show contempt of court unless you're in one of them? I wouldnt be surprised if Roger Irrelevant here actually trained Suella. She's a jumped up conveyancing clerk who has to be the worst lawyer in history to ever take silk. She's supposed to be a KC ffs, and she knows as much about the law of the land as a pissed-up Diego on his nightly trolling crawl.
Whisky bottle empty already? I thought i had another half hour to avoid you. Time for some memes to make a statement. You used the wrong persona on the Liverpool board by the way
