I remember seeing us lose to poorer side when we at the top so It's always possible we could get something. Who knows what's going to happen perhaps Hart gets sent off and we get a pen or summik

I thought a straight red was an automatic 3 match ban?

Not for a professional foul, just the one game.

Think it should be two games personally, one is a little lenient for deliberately preventing the opposition scoring.

Barring spurs away(great time to play them) and the red **** away our start has been a relatively easy one and the visit of Newcastle is certainly our first proper test in the league and I expect memories of last seasons game should be enough of an incentive when,Ben Arfa incident aside,Newcastle should have been very upset with coming away with nothing after being the better side by a distance, just forgot to give a Harry rednapp brown envelope to the referee(penalty was a disgrace).
After losing probably the two most consistent players from last season in Nolan and Barton,Pardew has done a hell of a job getting Newcastle where they are and perhaps the horrible owner has actually made a good decision in regards to Chris Hughton? I suspect Coloccini of taking performance enhancing substances though

The Kippax was the main stand at Maine Road wasn't it? Nothing to do with the suburb of Leeds, I don't think.

Yeah absolutely, like someone said earlier though, it's doubtful that the OP has ever been!

    Very fair assessment <ok>

However saying Nolan was one of our most consistent players last season couldn't be further from the truth!

Cayabe and Tiote is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better than Nolan and Tiote in the middle of the park, and is arguably the main reason for our good start to the season.

Did you see the article their official website released a few months ago which was a 'bluffers' guide' for the new glory supporters they've attracted so they can pretend to support Man City more effectively? Most cringeworthy football-related thing I've seen for a long time.

Looks like they deleted it off their website. They apparently got a shed load of complaints, and rightly so. If you Google 'Man City bluffers' guide', you can probably find some quotes from it if not a complete copy.

Wait, I need to play someone on FIFA 12 because

The day before the Manchester derby, I lost 7-1 to a mate as Man City - they won 6-1

    Sometime after, I played Stoke-Newcastle against a mate - you know it - I lost 7-0

So Maybe I should play someone and lose 26789432-0 so we win

(yeah, Im **** at fifa :'))

Money cant buy respect and a real loyal following. The OP is a tool so just ignore him. The proper fans behave with a little more dignity.

Result was about right, we could have moved up another gear if needed. You will finish top 10 this season.

Pity a few of your so called fans decided to bring firecrackers to the game, no need for that!

Good luck for the remainder of the season lads.

Why bump this thread with a post that you JUST posted in another thread on here? Gloating isn't going to work I'm afraid <doh>
