Kinda like the Fury fight last night. Yes, the ref was right to stop it when he did but, you have to ask yourself, would he have done the same if it was Fury on the receiving end? Not likely. Too much riding on him. Ditto Pac-man. Don't get me wrong, I like the guy but I just don't believe he would beat Floyd.

D4- You know what, fair play for standing up and saying you gave to Marquez, because I know you've been a PacMan fan for a long, long time. I thought you might try to cover it up or something but I have a lot of respect for you after that. I, like you, would love to see Pac v FMJ and I do think FMJ has been running. Unfortunately I just think that due to the styles, that Floyd would win a decision, which is a shame. I just hope we get the fight, boxing needs it.
As mentioned on another thread - big manny fan, also think with proper preperation - he will have the better of FMJ, but without doubt - he lost that fight on the weekend. Not so convinced with the first two - but this one without doubt JMM won. Disgrace to boxing and sadly why people will continue to turn away from the sport. There must be an enquiry, and imo the judges sacked and licenses to judge revoked. Why is it decisions cannot be over turned when clearly they are fixed!?
the pac v marquez fight is why people are turned off boxing, i think even manny himself is embarrased of the decision. i have always said FMJ is all wrong for pac, floyd is a better boxer than marquez, better counter puncher, is more agressive latetly, is quick and more powerfull, i honestly think floyd will stop him. i dont see the point in another pac v marquez fight, marquez has zero chance of KO'ing manny and that seems like his only option since hes got no chance on the score cards. the score for 116-112 is shocking i could understand a draw, but to have pac take the decision is all wrong. it actually disgusts me. manny pac may be the most likeable sportsman out there and he seems the perfect man outside of the ring but controversy always seems to follow him.
Thanks TopClass, I always try and call fights as I see them, I'm a fan of Pacquiao but a fan of boxing first, love watching Marquez box too. Still think Pacquiao would beat Mayweather should they meet.
I think it would be a great fight but I cant see anything other than a Mayweather win, Pacquaio seems to really struggle against counter punchers and I think the Mosley and Marquez fights showed a way to nullify Pacquaio's power punches to a large extent, I think Mayweather who is far more talented than both Marquez and Mosley would be able to possibly even stop Pacquaio. Then again Mayweather might have real trouble with Pacquaio's speed like he did against Juda, this is why its such an interesting fight because even experts are split on who is likely to win. Lets just hope they fight soon Iâd hate for boxing politics to get in the way.
