Watch him leave in January and shine wherever he ends up …….RM is stupid to leave him on the bench ……..Aribo first FFS
With you all the way. I'm further south in Tenerife and can definitely say that the pool won yesterday once Boro scored, just knew what was coming next, only surprised it was 2-1. I just don't get all this stuff about Charley, if he's out of sorts because he's feeling adrift from fellow patriots etc, I get that, but play him and make him feel part of the Saints community. It's not rocket science!!
Still think Bazunu could have kept out the first goal, but the recent medical report cited a huge build up of scar tissue on the entire left hand side of Bazunu’s body. It is no wonder he can’t get down to those low shots on that side. The scars were far, far deeper on his wrists. Give the lad a break. I understand this is all in hand and Russell Martin is personally applying Bio Oil every two hours to the affected areas, and has even commissioned new bowls for Bazunu to stick his hands in filled with Bio Oil in between physio sessions.
I'll probably try YouTube for matches of an era when Saints winning matches seemed normal and block our the current offering. Trouble is I know when back from holiday I'll be stupid enough to go yet again to SMS and, well you know the rest!!
This was something that struck me as salient. Not sure we will get much pit of te next few games to avoid a free fall. i thinl RM can fix this but not suffciently for a relegation push. I feel any remote notion of promotion will no longer be feasible by the end of November. Mid table will constitute a good result on the basis of recent performances.
Ian, I think I've understood your post, but I don't think that RM should go for a relegation push....
Maybe we should go for it. We seem to be **** at anything we try so maybe if we tries to get relegated we's get promoted.
Well, it really was said in jest, and perhaps a little over sensitive. But apologies if it offended you, or anyone else.
It’s okay I’m not personally affected by it. I agree I don’t rate Bazunu, but it must be hard for a young keeper playing in a disorganised team shipping goals. I feel a bit sorry for him tbh
He has not been at fault for any of our goals lately. When you consider how many times he gets given the ball in precarious locations, that is pretty impressive.
