I'm very surprised you'd say that about Chelsea.

Aren't Chelsea your second-most hated team after us? Most Spurs fans I know, and even on online forums, seem to say that they despise Chelsea with a passion and that they are who they hate the most after us. In some occasional instances, there are some Spurs fans (*cough* CK *cough*) who seem to hate Chelsea even more than us <laugh>.

Also, apart from last season, they caused you a lot of pain in the fixtures you'd played against them. Your head-to-head record against Chelsea over the last decade or so isn't pretty reading. And clearly they have no love for you either, so I'd have thought a loss to them also cuts quite deep.

Maybe that's just my perception though.

John Stones might be missing too, which is also quite a big absentee for them. Just have to hope we pick up no big knocks over the next few games.

Kovacic and Nunes CM for them basically then innit. Not exactly bad. But not Rodri, Stones and KDB either.

I think it's only you, Dier Hard and Slurps who get it on the Prem board.

The rivalry sears through every aspect of being either an Arsenal or Spurs fan. It is all consuming. The first result I look for after ours is yours, hoping you've lost. And if you've lost and been ****ed over or gone Spursy and thrown away a lead all the better.

Growing up in London, you understand the rivalry, because it encroaches into all aspects of life, at home, at work and in your social life.

The NLD is ****ing massive and tomorrow it's going to be a cauldron at the Emirates.

You can see by the fielded 11 and the bench that a few injuries still show our lack of depth. I see no game changers on the bench and without either Trossard or Martinelli it leaves us wanting IMO. COYG

I think Nelson and ESR are potential game changers, I also think we have good defensive depth and Jorginho is a good option to bring on if we want to slow things down. It’s not our best bench, but it’s not that bad either!

    HT. 1-1.

Very frustrating. We were on top for 40 minutes, had the best chances, should have scored two and then a poor 5 minute spell where no-one defended properly and everyone switched off.

We really need to stop doing this. Every time we go a goal up at home, we become too passive and retreat too much. We never maintain the level of energy and intensity that we need, and then get punished.

Nketiah has been awful. The ball just isn't sticking to him at all. Meanwhile, our midfield needs to be more robust. We are still lacking some proper power and athleticism in midfield IMO.

That Jesus chance that he missed was a shocker.

Really need to be better in the second half.

    Really good game of football.

As me and Pinks have said countless times, best derby in the Prem - and by a ****ing mile too.

    See you in April.

Annoying. We made too many silly errors - Saka was to blame for the first goal IMO, he was complacent. Jorginho BIG mistake for the second goal.

I'm not happy with Artetas subs. Taking Jesus off rather than Nketiah - didn't make much sense to me.

I would have put him up top.

Rice injury was a big blow particularly without Partey on the bench.

Plus I guess we were missing both our left wingers so we couldn't stretch the opposition the way we normally do.

    FT. 2-2.

That's an awful result and performance for us. I can't think of a single positive. We didn't play well, midfield lacked temperament, the subs were baffling and we couldn't connect play in attack. A very disjointed and erratic performance.

The Jorginho error was absolutely unforgivable. You cannot do that after going into a 2-1 lead. I don't want to see him play a league game for us for a long time.

As for Havertz....I'm running out of patience and this is going to be a huge blemish on Arteta's time at the club. It was a stupid risk and it was unnecessary. Now he's using him in games like the NLD where we simply cannot trust him. He went hiding and that's unacceptable in a game like this.

Spurs are fully worth their point - but I am frustrated at how easily they were allowed to play their football. I wanted us to make a statement today, to knock the wind out of their sails and instead, we have more questions than answers.

Unfortunately, our lack of quality in depth proved to be true today.

Our home form continues to disappoint.

Fair play - you were fully worth your point. Maybe could have got a winner and none of us would have been able to complain too much. That was the worst second half performance from us probably since the COVID times. I couldn't believe how bad we were. Thought Bissouma and Maddison bossed it. Son also showed Nketiah and Jesus how to finish a chance.

Unfortunately, think we're in a top-4 race this season. City are going to stroll to the title without breaking a sweat. Arteta ballsed up today and his Havertz obsession is going to cost us points until he realises he shouldn't be near the these type of games.

Only saw the last 25 mins, but we looked jaded and sloppy. Bit lucky not to throw that game away.

Was a chance to make a statement and we fluffed it

Yeah we’ve all said on our board that Bissouma was our MOTM, Ange has released the shackles that Conte stuck on the guy and we’ve got the Brighton version this season.

Though Ange taking Son off really pissed me off, Son’s a high class finisher and when on a hattrick too it’s a ****ter to be denied potentially getting it.

Can’t have complains on top of that though, expected a good game but a loss, so a draw is a welcomed point for me.

Yeah I think it was probably a foregone conclusion City were/ are gonna walk it. If we can get top six this season with Ange and continue building from there I’ll take that as a good foundation level season for him.

Lack of quality in depth is harsh. Without five near enough nailed on first teamers in Timber, Partey, Rice, Martinelli and Trossard. There's only so much quality you can have in your depth before that 'depth' leave because they don't get minutes. We've got probably one of the best squads in terms of depth in the world. We just weren't great. Again. And spurs were pretty good, as they have been all season so far.

Four home league games. No clean sheets. Two scraped wins. Two draws we didn't deserve anything more than a draw from. No dominant performances. It's all a bit dour. We're not creating enough and hence not scoring enough at the moment.

We do need Sesko, Osimhen or Ferguson. A focus up front.
