Didn't his relation post on here when he got the job? Was that the lad we got from Deloitte?

Yeah he’s off in a couple of weeks
You close to the club?Yeah he’s off in a couple of weeks
These appointments often get overlooked as important things within a football club but ensuring that the good work that was started continues is crucial to our overall development from what we were to what we are aspiring to become. As always will trust the club to get this right and appoint the right person for the post
I work in construction as a manager doing freelance work so I change jobs or contracts regularly, it looks like this guy has been head hunted and offered a better package which happens, my point is make sure his replacement is as good if not better if that makes sense. If you have to change it should be a chance to make an improvement and should not always be seen as a negativeI don't know why,and it probably shouldn't,but this kind of thing always bothers me. I like stability, which I know isn't the norm in this modern world, where everyone seems to be constantly on the move. He's leaving because he has an opportunity to better himself elsewhere,or,he's not happy with his working conditions with us,or,he's not doing his job properly and we've asked him to go.Whatever,it's unsatisfactory. He's only been here a couple of years so it necessitates change in a relatively short period of time. We've just lost our U18 coach aswell......no-one has any committment to anything any more.....taking example from our fly-by-night politicians no doubt!![]()

the place he's going looks really interesting. Exploring the use of AI to predict injuries in sports.
2.5 years setting up our data function and now probably wants a new challenge - fair play to the lad.
Wouldn’t say I’m close to the club mate, just hear small bits. Think it’s the move back down south more so than a promotion. You close to the club?
From that article it looks like he could be leaving for a promotion?
