Gordon has alot to prove... he's potentially another wet fart. He's going to have to get more goals and assists. I'd rather get back to isak Wilson and almiron as the front 3 for a while. Basically newcastles 3 top scorers last season!!! Howe has removed 30 goals a season to fit in a player with worse end product than a player sold.

I don't think we need to worry about who we sell in all honesty - next up for sale (for me) would be: Hayden (still has 2 years on his contract here...) Murphy Almiron Dubravka On top of that players out of contract at the end of the year: Manquillo, Krafth, Lacselles, Ritchie, Dummett, Gillespie and Karius - Can't see any getting renewals, freeing up a fair chunk of wages. Schar also in there but don't think he'll be leaving on a free tbh. We aren't in the process of selling our best players bar Maxi - although I guess they saw that as a straight trade with Barnes meaning Barnes only cost £15m in the grand scheme. Past that crop maybe Burn and Wilson as contracts expire following year and they could bring in a few pennies to top up the budget. So possibly up to 8 players leaving in the summer already (saying Murphy, Dubz and Almiron get a stay of execution and Schar signs a new contract). The current squad (bar the above) have time on their contracts so we aren't in desperate need to sell any. Only brining in replacements for those leaving will be an upgrade no matter which way you slice it.
